Live performance monitoring
We set up your inverter and battery portal at handover so you can see generation, storage and usage on your phone, and we can spot underperformance early.
Annual health check
A scheduled review of production data, string voltages, isolator condition and mounting hardware — with a written report on what we found.
Fault response
Call our Sydney office and we triage remotely first. If it needs a visit, an accredited technician attends and carries common replacement parts.
Warranty claims managed
Panel, inverter and battery warranties are claimed by us with the manufacturer. You deal with Roo Solar, not an overseas support desk.
Panel cleaning and shading advice
Coastal salt, bushfire ash and Sydney pollen all cut output. We advise on cleaning intervals and trim-back before they cost you kilowatt hours.
System expansion
Adding an EV, a pool or a battery later? We re-model your usage and expand the system without starting again.
